Place2stay Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using place2stay's services. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out herein. This document applies to all users accessing the platform via web browser or mobile application.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the place2stay platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The place2stay platform is an online entertainment service offered to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of or located in Malaysia at the time of use. place2stay reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current terms applicable to their use.
Account Registration and Security Responsibilities
Account Creation Terms
- Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
- The use of a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- Place2stay reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access to customer support immediately.
- Place2stay will never ask for your password via email or social media.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the place2stay platform solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law — including fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access the platform.
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or unfairly exploit promotions.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or harmful to other users.
- Engaging in any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
Place2stay reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, against any user suspected of violating these rules.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the place2stay platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, and other local payment options listed in your account's deposit section.
Deposit Policy
Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct. place2stay is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant conditions. place2stay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if account verification has not been completed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the name of the place2stay account holder.
Taxes and Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Place2stay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that gaming involves the risk of financial loss and accept that risk voluntarily.
Intellectual Property
All content on the place2stay platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of place2stay or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from place2stay.
Account Suspension and Closure
Place2stay reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any unlawful conduct. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team.
Third-Party Links
The place2stay platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. place2stay does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the place2stay platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Place2stay reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after that effective date constitutes the user's acceptance of the amended terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
